Once a tradesperson has completed works for the customer, they leave a review on the customers ability to make payment, this review is then available to members to view, prior to carrying out works at the customer in questions property, if the customer is a bad payer, it will say so in the review, leaving you the option to either not carry out the required works, or request a higher than average deposit.

We always recommend sending the customer 1 friendly reminder, if they do not pay within the stated time scales, then simply get in touch with ourselves, and will chase payment for you, plus we will leave a non-payment strike against the customer.

Whilst every effort is made to help tradespeople get paid, we cannot guarantee this, for example, a customer who has always paid tradespeople on time, every time, may have good positive reviews in the past, may then become a bad payer, however, we will always do our utmost to help you get paid.

Yes, we welcome all reviews of customers, in fact, we encourage it, good or bad, however please note that all reviews will be screened prior to being made live on the website

No, this service is based on a 30 day rolling contract, if you wish to cancel, simply notify us of this, you will however lose your ability to search for customer reviews.

Payment is made via Direct Debit, using our chosen Direct Debit partner Go Cardless. Payment is taken from your designated bank account 5-7 days after it has been set up. If making your first payment via telephone then the first payment is made via debit or credit card, followed by direct debit payments.

In this case we would urge you to take photos of the works you have carried out, we will also advise the customer to the same, we can then proceed from there. In extreme cases one of our own Tradespeople will visit the property to make an assessment. Any action or liaison that takes place will always be left as a review by us.
