Over our many years of business, we have completed thousands of home improvement projects, 99% of the time the customer will pay on time, however, there is the 1% of customers that DO NOT PAY, or are very late and delay payment for as long as they can. This can cause problems for large companies, as well as one man band sole traders.

 

We are here to take the hassle out of getting paid. Simple.

Do they Pay.co.uk is 100% in favour of the tradesperson. There are many companies out there that help protect the customer from rogue trades people. However, there are none in place to protect the Tradesperson from the rogue customer. Now there is.

If a customer is late paying, or refuses to pay, they get reported to ourselves by the tradesperson who carried out the work, as a review based on their ability to make payment. As a registered member of DoTheyPay.co.uk you are able to cross check any customer before you carry out work on their property. If they come up as a bad payer to previous trades people, then you can chose to either not carry out the work, or request upfront payment.

Our website is operated by its members, and relies on Tradespeople leaving reviews on each customer after they have carried out the work, good or bad.
